From a Vibe-Coding Demo to a Production Product

Vibe coding is excellent at turning an idea into a clickable demo. Production requires a different discipline: data models, permissions, recovery, monitoring, costs, and support.nnFreeze the user promise first. Then split generated code into testable boundaries for authentication, payments, core data, async jobs, and external APIs. Replay real user flows after every agent change, and keep production secrets outside the development agent.nnA product is ready only when data can be exported, failures can be recovered, user content can be deleted, costs have limits, and the team can explain a wrong result.
